is a unique rice strain from Myanmar that is famous for its delicate aroma and fine fluffy texture. After cooking, it transforms from a raw short grain into a long grain three times its original length. The strain’s non-sticky texture makes it great for frying or mixing into a salad, and tastes equally delicious hot or cold. It rose to international fame when it was judged the best rice strain at the 2011 World Rice Conference.
